Neo Universe Pty Ltd publishes and technically supports the sign-in integration. DAAS PTE. LTD. operates the portal and determines account eligibility and access permissions.
Successful authentication does not by itself grant access to every portal feature, company or business record. Access remains subject to the permissions assigned by DAAS.
You must use an identity you are authorised to use, protect your account and sign-in methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You must not impersonate another person, misuse an invitation, circumvent access controls or attempt to access information without permission.
Account access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect security, address misuse or enforce the applicable portal terms.
Third-party authentication and availability
Microsoft, Google and passkey providers operate their own services under their own terms and privacy policies. They are not parties to your business relationship with DAAS or Neo Universe.
Availability may depend on those providers, your device, network connectivity and portal maintenance. Uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Microsoft provides its identity platform without warranties and accepts no liability under these Terms for the DAAS Partner Portal or Neo Universe’s integration. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Use of the website may involve the collection and handling of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
